Bibimbap is work, because every vegetable goes into the pan on its own. In return it looks like the restaurant and tastes like it too. At the table everything is stirred through with the egg.

Ingredients

Forserving
  • 80 gRice, raw
  • 120 gBeef in fine strips
  • 60 gCarrot, in strips
  • 60 gSpinach
  • 60 gMushrooms
  • 60 gCucumber, in strips
  • 60 gEgg (1 piece)
  • 10 gSesame oil (2 tsp)
  • 15 gSoy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • 5 gSesame seeds (1 tsp)
  • Garlic, chilli paste, sugar, salt

How to make it

  1. Cook the rice. Mix the beef with half the soy sauce, the garlic and a pinch of sugar.
  2. Fry the carrots in a little sesame oil for two minutes, take them out. Same with the mushrooms.
  3. Wilt the spinach in the same pan, season with soy sauce and sesame.
  4. Sear the beef briefly over high heat.
  5. Fry the egg, keeping the yolk soft.
  6. Rice into the bowl, vegetables and meat in segments on top, raw cucumber alongside, egg in the middle, chilli paste at the edge.

One tip

Keep to the order and you need only one pan: pale vegetables first, then spinach, then meat, then the egg.
