- 300 gNectarines (3 piece)
- 125 gMozzarella (1 Kugel)
- 15 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 10 gBalsamic vinegar (2 tsp)
- Basil, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Halve and stone the nectarines and grill them cut side down on a hot grill or griddle pan for three minutes.
- Arrange with torn mozzarella and basil, oil and balsamic over it, salt and pepper.
One tip
Burrata instead of mozzarella if it should feel like an occasion.
