- 150 gSalmon fillet
- 70 gRice, raw
- 80 gEdamame
- 70 gAvocado (½ piece)
- 60 gCucumber
- 15 gSoy sauce (1 tbsp)
- 10 gLime
- 5 gSesame seeds (1 tsp)
How to make it
- Cook the rice, adding the edamame for the last three minutes.
- Cut the salmon into thin slices with a sharp knife.
- Slice the avocado, dice the cucumber, both with lime and salt.
- Rice into the bowl, salmon, edamame, cucumber and avocado on top, soy sauce and sesame over it.
One tip
Raw salmon needs to be sushi grade: bought for it, or frozen for 24 hours first. If you prefer it cooked, fry it for four minutes on the skin side.
