Salmon takes sweetness well. The teriyaki caramelises on the skin, and underneath the fish stays juicy.

- 70 gRice, dry weight
- 100 gBroccoli
- 20 gSoy sauce (1.5 tbsp)
- 10 gHoney (2 tsp)
- 5 gSesame oil (1 tsp)
- Ginger, sesame seeds
How to make it
- Cook the rice, adding the broccoli to the water for the last four minutes.
- Fry the salmon in the sesame oil skin side down for four minutes, turn it, two minutes more.
- Add the soy sauce, honey and ginger, reduce for a minute and spoon it over the salmon.
- Serve with the rice and broccoli, sesame over the top.
One tip
Salmon is done when it flakes with a fork and the middle is still slightly translucent.
